I sure would like to see us get Christian Mac this next year. They are throwing around the idea of Brandon Marshall coming back to Denver. Jets set to release him during the offseason. VJ would have to be dam good in keeping the locker room in order, if we add BMarshall to the mix. LOL!

Our coaching staff is LOADED with leadership. Vance Joseph has been compared to Tomlin in many cases. That is a good thing.
If Joseph is the 'leader of men' who he has been labeled, I would imagine he can control idiot players that might show disrespect in public. Especially during the National Anthem.
I wonder how Joseph and Talib will interact? LOL!!! They might have to find some common ground.
Talib is a badass! He can be an idiot at times, but he's our badass idiot. Team player with passion and talent through the roof.

Another thought-
I've heard rumors that we're going to let Ware walk? In my opinion this would be a mistake. I think that under the circumstances with the new coaching staff this would be the time when we need THIS GUY in the locker room. Ware has his money, and he has a Big Shiny!
I think that one more year would be a a big help for Woods as he steps up as DC. Ware's leadership, philosophy and play (while healthy) would have a huge upside as we move on from Phillips. I just think that he would help the transition process while mentoring other players as he always did.
This guy may be on the downside of his career mainly because of injuries and age, however his leadership attributes are the upside.
Also, he should have enough left in his tank to help us get another Shiny.
I hope they can figure something out. I would love this guy to retire a Bronco with two Superbowl rings!

Make D. Ware a player/coach. It happens. I can see Ware becoming a some sort of coach for the Broncos when he decides to retire. Sign Ware to a 1 year deal and allow him to coach as well in being the leader that he is.

And I think Aqib Talib comes back sporting the ORANGE in 2017. Talib is so valuable to this team. I'm a big fan of his since he first got to Denver.

Talib makes some bone headed moves on and off the field sometimes but he is valuable to the no fly zone. I hope he starts to mature a little. I believe, he is a team player and wants to hold everyone accountable at their positions.

My thoughts are to draft McCaffery in the 1st and a TE 2nd. Fill the holes on the OL and DL in FA and the draft.

I sure hope we aren't going after Romo. I just don't think he is the QB we need for this team. We need a competitor who wants to win and plays like it.
